What is PechaKucha?
Drawing its name from the Japanese term for "chitchat," PechaKucha rests on a simple idea: 20 images x 20 seconds. Speakers take the stage to talk about their unexpected fascination, bizarre hobby, inspiring journey, or remarkable research while displaying 20 images, each for 20 seconds. It's a format that makes the presentations concise and keeps things moving at a rapid pace.
PechaKucha Nights are informal and fun gatherings where creative people get together and share their ideas, works, thoughts, holiday snaps -- just about anything, really.
PechaKucha proudly returns once again to San Francisco for Volume 63: 'Redux.’ Join us for stories of rebirth, revival, restoration, and return! In Latin, redux means "brought back" or "bringing back."
Anders Peterson cofounder of Middle Circle will be one of the presenters!
