Friends near and far,
Join us for cookies, singing and placing the star.
We'll gather around the Christmas tree and sing holiday songs like the show Glee!
So don your Christmas sweaters, ugly or not,
And bring a batch of cookies to exchange or eat with a drink that's piping hot.
Ho Ho Hi!
When do we get to sing with others these days? Join us for an evening of merry making and sharing light in the midst of the darkness.
We'll gather around the fire (candles) and sing some of our favorite Christmas and Holiday songs as well as few from Sufjan Stevens' collection. If you have a musical instrument you'd like to play or song you'd like so sing, please bring it with you! Singing is not a requirement! You're welcome to just come and listen and enjoy good company.
RITUAL & STORY
We are interested in sharing in rituals and stories that connect deeply with us. For example Anders' holiday ritual is to sing Silent Night among candle light as a reminder of the light that can shine during dark times. If you have a family or spiritual ritual or story such (e.g. poems, songs, Holiday stories from childhood) that you'd like to share, please do!
